The Process
1. Remove and label all doors and drawers to be sprayed offsite.
2. Cabinet Boxes will be sprayed onsite.
3. Floors/countertops/walls/appliances will be covered to protect them.
4. All surfaces are throughly cleaned to remove dirt, grease, and any contamination.
5. All areas will be sanded for maximum adhesion.
6. Fill any holes needed for new hardware.
7. Apply a high solids extremely durable primer for excellent adhesion and stain blocking.
8. Sand between all coats to provide a smooth factory like finish.
9. Spray 2 coats of Industrial High Solid Industrial Woodcoating topcoats.
How long will it take?
The entire process will take from 7-14 days depending on the size of your kitchen.
• Reassemble all doors and drawers.
• Install all handles and pulls.
• Clean all areas on completion of job.
